I can’t believe this video is nowhere to be found on Youtube. I loved this song because it was one of those joints that just got me hype and I thought I was gangsta when listening to it. Naughty by Nature was always one of my favorite rap groups growing up. They’re highly overlooked when people mention 90′s golden era hip hop. But maybe since they acheived major crossover success with Hip Hop Horay and  OPP people dont really mention them along side Wu Tang, Tribe, and  Pharcyde.

I remember buying the album Povertys Paradise at Montgomery Ward in the Coliseum Mall. I was scared because I was only 12 and it clearly had a parental advisory sticker. I had to have it because the album also contained the hit Feel Me Flow. It was always my rule for an album to have 2 good singles before I bought it. Luckily the cashier didn’t care and let me buy it. I remember trying to buy ODB’s CD and was rejected because I was too young. I thought I was hot shit for being able to buy it at such a young age.

These days I bet nobody cares if a 8 year old buys a Lil Wayne CD. Music stores would be happy for just selling a CD.
